Matt Martino Launches 2008 Tour To Capacity Crowds
(NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE)—February 4, 2008— Matt Martino
started the new year right with capacity shows to
launch his 2008 tour in support of his acclaimed debut
solo release, Let It Shine.
January 20th, Martino kicked things off with a sold
out show at the legendary Bluebird Café, the home
of up and coming and hit songwriters alike. This successful
outing was followed by another capacity show at Bluesboro
Rhythm and Blues Club in Murfreesboro, TN on January
24th. Martino has developed a loyal following in this
booming college town and these fans showed up in force.
This week, Martino heads back to Bluesboro for one of the biggest shows of the year. He will be one of
the featured opening acts for the famed Muzik Mafia as they make their debut performance at their new venue on
February 8th. This will be quickly followed by his first performance at Nashville’s premier music haunt,
The Exit/In on February 12th. Martino will be one of four acts featured on the Rock the Block party. The
growing crowds and high profile performances are a sign of good things to come as Martino prepares for the upcoming year.
